Welcome to 57 Rolling Brook Drive, Clifton Park, NY. This is our first-ever house!! It is a 4-bedroom, Stans Colonial with 2.5 baths, a family room, formal living room, 2-car attached garage, and eat-in kitchen. We started searching for a house at the end of July, 1999. Believe it or not, this was our second choice for a house. We saw the first one night and wanted to put in a bid on it right away. Our realtor called to inquire, only to find out it was sold before we looked at it!! Nonetheless, it was the style of house we wanted. When our realtor found this house, it had been on the market two days. We drove by it that night, looked inside the next night, and bought it the night after that - August 25, 1999. This house was on the market for 5 days when it was sold! One piece of advice - if you see the house you want, don't wait very long. Get it while you have the opportunity.
